BOOKINGS + CANCELLATIONS
All bookings require a deposit (or full payment) before being secured on our calendar.
Your deposit/payment is deducted from your total treatment cost, with the remainder required to be paid in the clinic at the end of your appointment.
We respect our client's time and expect the same in return, so please give us at least 48hrs notice if you cannot keep your appointment.
A fee may be charged (or booking deposit retained) for cancellations or alterations made within 48hrs of your booking.
